Often we are confronted by a period in life where everything seems to be a bit hard, or we just don't know which way to go. Whether the challenge is to our physical, mental, emotional or spiritual self, great help can be gained by speaking with an experienced 'guide'. Very often we just need help determining where we actually are in our journey; what are the areas that are really holding us back, where are the issues coming from, what are our options. Once this has been determined, the final strategies and decisions required to move on often becomes clear.
How can I help YOU with personal change ?
As a licensed Heal Your Life® teacher, mind/body specialist, life-coach and counsellor, the Personal Change session will help you understand and clear the impact of emotional states and mental patterns on your health and well-being. All areas of your life can be improved including anxiety and depression patterns, relationship challenges, work stress etc. Our work together will be focussed on developing full understanding around the development of the issues, and then creating a real plan for change, balance and healing. You will be given notes to take home and maybe 'homework' to continue your personal development. For those working through acute change/challenge or accelerated growth, the discounted programme of three appointments is recommended.
